QKR Ewe and Lamb

Here is a card I made for the QKR Stampede anything goes challenge.   This is the first time I have used this image called Ewe and Lamb and I love it.  I think it is so cute with the clouds and sun.
I hope you will come over to the QKR Stampede blog and join us for the challenge.

Colorful Island Lighthouse

I made this card by getting inspiration from picture of a white lacquer table with lemons and greenery laying on.  There was blue in the background so I made my card using the colors in that photo. The picture gave me a chance to use bright colors on this Island Lighthouse by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.

Thanks,  for coming by today.  I hope you enjoyed your visit.

QKR Stampede - Zebra

I made this card for the QKR Stampede anything goes challenge.  I have always liked this Zebra and decided to put some Zebra striped paper with him.

Thanks, for stopping by today to take a look at my Zebra.

QKR Stampede - Rolling Out Birthday Wishes

Here is a card I made using the QKR Stampede - Stamp on it image  Baking Bear.   Mrs. Bear looks like she mean business with that rolling pin.  My sentiment is computer generated.  I also thought of making a sentiment that says "You don't like my cooking?" with an inside sentiment that says "I suggest that you can cook or take me out to eat".

I hope you liked my card and that you will come back to visit again soon.

My Pinkie Is Inkie in Boxertown has a new Boxer baby

In January,  I got the bright idea that "Boxertown" needed another boxer.  My husband is never surprised when I tell him I am getting a new dog.  He is pretty use to it.  I am thankful for that.

This is Tyson who is now four months old.  He is going to be a big boy.  I can't believe how tall and long he is.  And skinny.  I feed him three cups of food a day.  This one is going to eat us out of house and home.  :)  He is really good and minds very well for a four month old boxer.  I love that he lays beside my desk and craft table while I work.  He is very content to be there.

Have a great day and come back soon.

Blue Knight - Good Morning Sunshine

Hello, Friends.  Hope your week is going well.   My week is going fast.   Actually it seems like all the weeks are going fast.

I am ready for nicer weather, but I am starting to think I might have to go on a vacation to see some warm temps and sunshine.  Yesterday it was 60, but there was a tornado that touched down in the area.  We had no damage, but many did. This weekend we are suppose to get snow.  With each snow, I say, "this has got to be the last one for the season" and then we get another one.  It is not unusal  for us to get snow this time of year.  I remember, as a child, having snow on Easter day.   I guess I will stay positive and think Spring will be here when it gets good and ready.

Today I have a card to share with you with that I created using a Blue Knight Rubber stamp  set called Good Morning Rooster.   I love the country style stamps and gingham is one of my favorite papers to put with them.

Blue Knight has newly released stamps in their online store if you want to take a look.  One is a cute little VW bug convertible with the owner grandson sitting on the back of it watching fireworks.  It is adorable.  If you are a Old Truck lover, there is a neat one with an old truck.  There is another one with called "Quiet Waters" with a pier with a scenic background that I love.  I can't wait to receive mine in the mail so I can make cards to show you how awesome they are.  There are others so be sure and go by the store and take a look at them.

Thanks, so much, for coming by today.  Let me know what you think of my card.

What is Black And White With Stripes?

If you guessed a Zebra, you are correct.   This is a card I made for my Free 4 All challenge over at Splitcoast.  The challenge is to put a Zebra on their cards and if they do not have a Zebra stamp, they can use black and white striped paper with any image.   I hope some of you will come over and join the fun.

I used a Zebra from an MFP Stamp set called "Oh, Boy, It's A Girl.  My double stitched rectangles and the Cross stitched oval die are both by Gina Marie Designs.  The Chevron paper is from a Paper Studio 4.5 X 6.5 pad that I found on sale at Hobby Lobby.  The paper in it is more like a card stock and it was reduced to $2.25.

Thank you, for coming by today.  I hoped you like my card.
